The role:
Deliver high-quality medical care to patients with renal conditions, ensuring comprehensive diagnosis and treatment.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
Participate in ward rounds, clinics, and other clinical activities to maintain seamless continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in nephrology.
Support the education and mentorship of junior medical staff and medical students.
Required:
Completion of a medical degree and current medical registration in Australia
Significant experience in the field of nephrology, ideally as a Renal Advanced Trainee

The candidate
Skills in epidurals for delivery suite and anaesthesia for obstetrics is required.
Scope of Practice in paediatric anaesthesia (5 years and younger) is desirable.
An interest or experience in Intensive Care management of patients.
An interest in, or experience in, regional anaesthesia and acute and / or chronic pain management.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary rates between $210,332 and $266,677 p.a. (f/t) (L18-L27)
Attraction and retention incentive allowance 50% base p.a. salary
Regional and rural attraction allowance 15% base p.a. salary
Inaccessibility allowance of $34,500 p.a.
Motor vehicle allowance
5 weeks p.a. annual leave with 17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Required:
Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA).
Current registration with/or eligible for registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia.
